About This Property
Nestled in the heart of Auburn, the Park Hill Apartments are in an exceptional location. These apartments are a brisk 10-minute walk away from Auburn University and all your favorite local shops and restaurants. Park Hill is a small community. Most of the units were built in the 1940’s, during Auburn’s boom following the end of WWII. We have made some improvements to the units over the last few years, but they remain true to their classic 1940’s history. Most of our units have hardwood floors throughout, gas heat and A/C window units, and spacious rooms! Our two-bedroom units are mostly cottage style units that stand alone. While some apartments have a carport, others have community parking right outside of the front door. Units vary by having knotty pine paneling, plaster over concrete walls or sheet paneling. Some feature a dishwasher, washer/dryer and central heating and air. All residents have access to our community laundry centrally located within the property. We love our Vintage Auburn feel. All our apartments at Park Hill have pet-friendly policies and 24-hour Emergency Maintenance. Call us today and become a part of our community!

A part of one of the South’s best college towns, according to Southern Living, South Auburn borders downtown and the Auburn University campus. Cheer on the Auburn Tigers at the Jordan-Hare Stadium minutes from the neighborhood. After a winning game, head over to the town’s favorite post game gathering spot, Toomer’s Corner. Celebrate by participating in one of the town’s oldest traditions by hurling toilet paper over lamp posts, benches, and trees. When you’re done decorating, try the famous lemonade at Toomer’s Drugs, an old-fashioned soda shop located in an historic drugstore.
Even if you’re not a sports fan, there is plenty to do in this gorgeous tree-covered community. Not only can you enjoy your favorite outdoor activities at the parks in South Auburn, but you can also bring your friends and family to the festivals held in these natural areas. Listen to live music, purchase crafts, and eat delicious food at the annual Auburn CityFest held in Kiesel Park.
