I just moved in from out-of-state. So far, everything has been just great. From the time that I had first contacted them through emails to moving in, they had handled all the details perfectly. I did not even see the place before I signed the lease, which is extremely rare for me because I am very picky.The Community Manager, Kelli, and Assistant Manager, Queta, were very professional, helpful, and accomodating. I just love the layout of my apartment and how sparkling clean and spotless it is. It's almost like a brand new unit. On the evening I moved in, I got to meet quite a few neighbors walking by and everyone were so friendly and welcoming. When I was going through the reviews from past tenants of this community, there were a lot of mentions about the maintenance requests here. All the comments were good. I got to experience it first hand. Jerry from maintenance is so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My niece, who helped me move, met him when she took the trash out and after he introduced himself to her, asked if there's anything we need help with. She mentioned that the bathroom sink's water pressure seems very low and he said he'll take care of it. When I called the office right after, they has already told them about it and he came back with all his tools to take care of business. All that within 30 mins! Jerry also help with giving suggestions/recommendations to some general questions I had, since I am very new to the area. I know I am going to love it here. Will update in a few months. (P/S) I got to finally meet Kelli and Queta. They are just as lovely in person.
