This retreat offers ample space for everyone to settle in and enjoy the rhythm of a Florida getaway. This villa boasts two generous living areas, including a game room for endless entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing meals together, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Essential amenities like air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer are provided for your comfort. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub in the backyard, with outdoor seating available on the patio. Guests have free access to the community water park. A propane grill is available for use, with propane provided by guests. Pets are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150 and a security deposit. Located within the beautiful ChampionsGate community, the villa offers access to an array of amenities at The Retreat at ChampionsGate, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playgrounds, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and golf facilities. The surrounding area provides easy access to dining, shopping, and Orlando’s major attractions. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway, and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Trash should be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
