During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Located in a gated masterplan community, this home is a short drive from Orlando's best theme parks, including Disney (20 minutes), Universal Studios (28 minutes), and SeaWorld (25 minutes). Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities and nearby access to shopping and dining at Posner Park. Transportation is a breeze with close proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog, breed and weight must be specified and approved by the host. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
