Spanish Fork lies at the southern end of Utah Valley, tucked between the Wasatch Range to the east and Utah Lake to the northwest, just south of Provo in the ProvoOrem metro area. At about 4,666 feet of elevation with Interstate 15 running along its northwest edge, the city has grown into one of Utah's larger communities, home to roughly 42,600 residents, while holding onto a small-town character. Settled by pioneers in 1851 and incorporated in 1855, it takes its name from the Spanish Fork River and lives up to its "Pride and Progress" motto with a well-used fairground, a busy sports park, and the historic Angelus Theatre downtown.
The rental market includes single-family homes, townhomes, and apartment communities serving a mix of families and Utah Valley commuters.
