There's so much magic waiting for you at this spacious and inviting villa, including a game room and private heated pool and hot tub. Nestled in the highly sought-after ChampionsGate, your vacation will be filled with luxury and comfort. Located just a 20-minute drive from Disney, 28 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld, this villa offers a prime location near Orlando's best theme parks. This lovely home is designed to cater to large families, with exceptional on-site amenities. It features 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a free washer and dryer, a private pool with an option to add heat, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a game room, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Located in the beautiful ChampionsGate community, it also offers outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center or clubhouse. Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub right in the backyard, and bring some snacks to soak in the Florida sun on the pool deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We do welcome furry friends, however, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. We allow one house-trained dog and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Play a round of golf or revel in fine dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo or conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not included. Salt or pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. You can bring up to five cars into the community, but if you do, three would have to be parked in this section. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
