(This is just a fancy way of saying leave things the way you found them please.) UTILITIES Renter pays for gas and electricity, independently, through their own account with ComEd and Peoples Gas. Water included in rent. AMMENITIES / PATIO AREA Internet, cable, satellite, etc are not included in rent and must be acquired independently. Unit within boundaries of all major Illinois telecommunications and fibre optic networks i.e. Xfinity/Comcast, RCN, AT&T, Dish, etc. Patio area is included in rent. PERFECT FOR ENTERTAINING FRIENDS!!! :D Patio furniture is permitted and subject to renter’s responsibility. Theft and damage to patio furniture are subject to renter’s responsibility. CLEANLINESS OF FACILITES IS URGED AT ALL TIMES DUE TO FIRE HAZARDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUILDING CODE. EXTRA RENTERS This is a fancy way of saying, your friend can crash on your couch for a week but he can’t live here for 2 months under the radar. Any and all accompanying renters MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT upon first arrival at unit AND at the time of signing lease. PLEASE TRY TO KEEP EXTRA RENTERS TO A MINIMUM. We apologize for the inconvenience. Splitting rent can be done either through split separate payments or through one consolidated payment coming from primary renter.
