About This Property

Hello, and welcome to this separate Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) located blocks away from PSU and Goose Hollow. This ADU is a 1 bedroom unit across 2 levels of living. My wife and I are currently looking for renters to lease the ADU property on an annual basis. We are very laid back owners, and as we are currently across the country living in the east coast for our jobs, we are looking for renters that are able to take care of the property as if they own it (including clean ups and general minor fixes). We prefer issues requiring professional support to be coordinated by the renters, with us providing a reimbursement following the agreed upon scope of fixes. The ADU is ready for the new set of tenants to move in October 2024. As utilities are shared with the main house (rented separately), this ADU rental includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage). Internet is to be covered separately by the ADU renter. Security deposit is due upon signing (or some pre-negotiated arrangement). No smoking is allowed within the property, and pets are allowed following approval by the property owners (renter to assume responsibility for any damages done by the pets).
