You'll have free parking for 2 vehicles with our parking pass. Conveniently located, you can walk to Cincinnati's major sports, theater, concert venues, convention center, museums, boutique shopping, bars, and restaurants. Breweries, distilleries, and wine producers like Rhinegiest, Taft's, Christian Moerlein, Three Points, Sam Adams, Northern Row, Skeleton Root, Northside, and Revel are all walkable, with most being just 1-4 blocks away. Findlay Market is also just blocks away. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am, and any disturbance may lead to reservation termination without refund. Smoking or lighting anything indoors is prohibited and may result in a $300 cleaning fee. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, unreturned keys, deep cleaning, and security costs. The condo requires stairs as there is no elevator in the building.
