There is a $300 REFUNDABLE pet deposit. There is a 1 pet limit. Qualifications: There is a $35/person application fee for each adult over 18 years of age. Combined income must be at least 3 times the rent after deductions to qualify. Only 1 eviction allowed. Eviction must be at least 5 years old and be paid in full.
