Spacious unit with lots of light. Laundry facilities conveniently onsite. Cameras onsite. Close to Sunset Blvd., Runyan Canyon, Ralphs Market, Guitar Center, all shopping, acting studios...as well as Plummer Park which holds Farmer's Market on Mondays, and has tennis courts.... all within a short walking distance. Upper unit in a 9 unit building. Our tenants are our priority! Very responsive management and maintenance team on staff!
