Guests can enjoy access to the building's outdoor swimming pool, sundeck with loungers, game room with ping pong table and mini basketball, fitness center, and sauna. A pack 'n play can be rented for a one-time fee of $39, and a highchair can be rented for $29. Conveniently situated just off the 192, this condo provides easy access to a wide array of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots, and entertainment. It's also a short 10-minute drive to Walt Disney World and other major family attractions like Disney's Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Late departures will incur a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Any violation of these house rules may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $99 per pet, with a maximum of two pets under 40 lbs each. This home is equipped with high-speed internet, making it suitable for remote work.
