Slider in dining room leads to patio with patio table and chairs in the fenced backyard. Two off-street parking spaces and plenty of on-street parking. Water, sewer and garbage included. Tenants pays for power and if desired, cable and internet. No fee application form required. This is a privately owned and managed duplex. We provide yard maintenance, but tenant must shovel the sidewalk in the winter. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. No smoking or pets allowed on the property. The lease would normally run from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027. However; this unit is available May 1st, 2026, so you may rent for May 2026 if you would like. Rent is $1500 per month, damage deposit is $1000 and last month's rent is not required up front. Please email if you're interested and we'll schedule a time for you to view the apartment.
