About This Property

Move-In Costs include: Security Deposit $2300 (subject to credit screening, fully refundable) + First month rent $2700 + Utility Fee $125 ( covers water & trash) + Preparation Fee $200 + Any applicable Pet Fees + Application Fee ($45 per Applicant) + Tax Tenant is responsible for all utilities $125 monthly flat fee covers water, sewage and trash Electricity is charged on a split of 75% to the main house 25% the guest house. Tenant is responsible for turning on gas We run a full back ground/credit check. We are looking for a 12 month lease, 3.3x's rent (including pet fees) in income, and good rental history on all applicants.
