OUTSIDE: Parking in front of the third car garage bay on the driveway is included. There is room for 1-2 cars. Tenants are in charge of snow removal for their portion of the driveway and walkway. PETS: Upon approval, 1 - 2 kid friendly, house trained dogs may be allowed (non-yappy! Real people live upstairs). Renters are responsible to pick up after their animals, which may use the side yard next to the basement entry. No cats! No exceptions. Other pets may be considered upon approval. DATE AVAILABLE: Available June 1st SHOWINGS: Rentler application must be filled out before viewing the property.
