Our house is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home, with 4 queen beds, and a sleeper couch for sleeping accommodations. The first level of the home is all open, with large kitchen, dinning area, and living room. Our living room also has a desk to work from, with printer available! There is a full bathroom not the first floor, as well as a laundry closet, with washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms, and another full bathroom. The largest bedroom has 2 queen beds, mounted TV, and French door access to the large 2nd story balcony with city views!! There are 2 other bedrooms with a queen bed, and one of them also has a mounted smart TV. Our backyard is a nice fenced in area for pets or kids to play! It has a fire pit (BYOW), and a kids play-set with swings. Since there are not many other houses on our street, there is always plenty of street parking for free right in front!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
