The property is conveniently located at 1424 Co Hwy 284 in Grayton Beach, Florida, directly across Hwy 283 from Grayton Beach State Park. Shops are located in the back and next door, yet the cottage is tucked away in the trees for privacy. The area is well-served by rideshare services, and the free Seaside shuttle service offers a convenient option to avoid traffic on Scenic Hwy 30A. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 11am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
