This unit is worth over 2k per month - we are looking for the "Right" tenants who will take care of the property and are going below Market Value so we can find the right tenants who will keep the place clean and in top shape. Quarterly checks ups will occur in the first year and 2nd year every 6 months. Refrigerator, Washer / Dryer included - AC also installed. No Pets...there are stairs to climb to get to the first floor of the unit. This is an HOA community and will require cooperation when maintenance needs to be done on the roof, exterior property and more so all outside maintenance is provided with the unit.
