2 bedroom 1 bathroom large kitchen, dining room and living room that has been used a third bedroom. Off-street parking, yard. Appliances are not provided. Tenants pay all utilities. No Section 8. Please review application requirements - all tenants over 18 must apply, online application requires unique email for each applicant. After submit online application, we review then will request the background check fee - can pay directly to the background check company. All applicants require background checks, photo ID, minimum income of 3x rent or $1800 before taxes, which will be verified and contact from current or previous landlord.
