The spacious living room invites guests to gather together and the apartment also includes a washer and dryer and a balcony. Dogs are welcome, with a $125 non-refundable pet fee plus taxes and a limit of 1 dog up to 75 pounds. Parking is available at the house (only on the A side) for a maximum of 3 cars. Just across the street, you’ll find the beach, a pristine stretch of sand where you can relax under the sun or watch the kids splash in the waves. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, Wade Ward Nature Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf Shores Museum and Orange Beach Waterfront Park. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Parties are not allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
