There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy; if you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM; no gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside of the home; the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, as the cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean, and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the following booking.
