This home features multiple bedrooms with comfortable beds, quality linens and ample closet space, a spacious living area ideal for relaxing after a long day or working remotely, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes and essentials for home-cooked meals, a dining area perfect for family dinners or casual meetings, clean, updated bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries, fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV for streaming, work, or entertainment, and laundry access available for longer stays. A pet is welcome with a fee of $200 per reservation. Mt. Prospect is a quiet, well-kept suburban community known for its safety, tree-lined streets, and small-town charm. The home is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials. You’re just minutes from downtown Mount Prospect, which features local dining, coffee shops, and Metra access to downtown Chicago. O’Hare Airport, corporate offices, hospitals, and shopping destinations are all within a short drive, making this an ideal location for both business and leisure travelers. With easy access to major roads and highways, a short drive to O’Hare International Airport, close proximity to Metra stations with direct service to downtown Chicago, and readily available rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, getting around is a breeze. A car is recommended for maximum convenience, though public transit options are nearby. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description; babies under the age of two are not included in this count. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy; if you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM; no gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside of the home; the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, as the cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean, and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the following booking.
