About This Property
This apartment is located on the second floor of a building, above Champs Downtown, the entrance is through the alleyway. There are three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bathrooms have vanity space for each resident to have their own. Bedrooms are very large with lots of closet space. Coin-operated laundry. Central AC. The rent is $2,550/month and includes water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas heat, and if you wish to have cable and/or internet. Available August 15, 2025. Please note: all of our properties are rented on a first come, first served basis. We can only hold a property and stop advertising/showing the unit with applications and full security deposit submitted. There is a $50 application fee per application and each tenant needs to submit an application to be on the lease. A parental guarantor/co-signer is required for all student tenants. Please call the office at to schedule a showing with a leasing agent. Our leasing agents do showings Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and we need to give the current tenants at least 24 hours’ notice of a showing.
