The bonus space, “The Cave,” offers full-over-full bunk beds and a Murphy bed, along with ample seating and a dedicated workspace. Bring your furry friends along for the Aggieland fun with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for up to two pets. A gas grill is available on the covered porch for tailgating meals, and pergola seating is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Parking is available on the driveway. This prime location is just 8 minutes from Kyle Field and Texas A&M University, and a short drive to Anderson & Lemon Tree Parks and the Texas A&M Golf Course. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the properties. If any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or booking agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the guest in case of emergency. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
