Only registered guests, as declared at the time of booking, are permitted on the premises. Hosting parties, events, or gatherings of any kind is strictly prohibited. Maintain low noise levels between 9 PM and 8 AM to respect the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood. Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of the no smoking, drug, or party policies will incur a $500 penalty. Any damages to the property or missing items will result in a deduction from your security deposit.
