Guests can contact the trusted partner with any questions. Important house rules include no additional guests other than the ones staying, with exceptions made upon arrangement. Violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy. Violations will result in a $500 fine. No parties are allowed, with no exceptions, and business events are permitted. Noise complaints or police involvement could lead to being asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies should be communicated as soon as possible. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for the arrival of the next guests. The cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate without discounts, which does not grant access to the property for the day. If a refund to another guest is necessary due to overstaying, reimbursement for any refunds given is required.
