Our mission is to provide the best homes in Roanoke City at an affordable rate with exceptional landlord service.This home near Orange Avenue is tucked on a quiet street and conveniently located to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and 581. Each morning, roll out of bed in this three-bedroom home. Once you're ready to grab breakfast, step into the kitchen, complete with plenty of cabinet space, fridge, flat top stove, and dishwasher. You'll stay cool during the summer and toasty warm during the winter with central heat and air. Your utility bills will remain low with new energy efficient lighting. Next to the stairs leading to the second floor is a large laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups. An added treat with this property is the large yard and off-street parking with your own driveway. Plus, for a small monthly fee you can include your lawn care in the monthly rent!Ready to Get Started? We require all move-in fees (security deposit, pet fees, and first month's rent) to be paid at the time you sign your lease.Rental RequirementsPlease read our qualification requirements below, and ask any questions BEFORE applying. A non-refundable application fee of $39 is required after your initial application is submitted and approved to process your background check.Rental History - We require at least one year of rental history. We will contact your last or current landlord, so please make sure to have that info!No Previous Evictions - We require that you’ve had no previous evictions.Income - We require that your income is at least 3 times the rent. For this home, that will be $4,500 per month. If you have multiple tenants over the age of 18 or housing vouchers, you can count each as a source of income to meet this requirement. We will need copies of your last two pay stubs to verify your income, as well as contacting your current employer to verify employment.Occupants - We only allow two non-related tenants over the age of 18 per home.Credit - We do not have a minimum credit score requirement, but we will pull a credit report to use in your approval for our rental program.Pets - We love animals and are happy to welcome yours! We limit the number of pets to two. We require a non-refundable fee of $250 for each pet and current vaccination reports from your vet. Any pets with previous aggressive behavior or bite history will not be allowed. Certain breeds may be restricted due to insurance requirements.Background Check - We will pull a background check. We do not accept any individuals with violent criminal history. The background check applies to any person living in the house over the age of 18.Non-Smoking - We require tenants to be non-smokers.**SCAM ALERT: For the protection of all interested tenants, we are located in Roanoke will always meet you in person prior to signing a lease and will never ask for money to see the property.
