Please Read the Move-in Requirements Before applying: 1. Monthly income must be 3x the amount of rent (paystubs to verify). 2. Must provide two (2) references (non-family). 3. For Credit Scores below 680, the first month's and last month's rent and security deposit are required. Credit scores 680+: First-month rent and security deposit required. 4. One (1) pet is allowed; one cat OR one dog (breed restrictions apply) under 35 lbs. Must have vet vaccine records and license records (dog only). Must agree to carry tenant/renter insurance if dog present w/liability minimums and $300 non-refundable pet fee. The pet must be spayed/neutered. 5. All adults (18+ years) must agree to background and credit checks. 6. No short-term lease. Minimum one-year lease. 7. Must agree to electronic rent payments and provide valid checking acct information. Single-family home, private deck, natural gas HVAC. Extra storage area, Cornwall-Lebanon SD. Water and sewer (to a limit) and trash are covered with rent. The occupant is responsible for heat and electricity, lawn and snow removal.
