All adults (18+ years) must agree to background and credit checks. 6. No short-term lease. Minimum one-year lease. 7. Must agree to electronic rent payments and provide valid checking acct information. Single-family home, private deck, natural gas HVAC. Extra storage area, Cornwall-Lebanon SD. Water and sewer (to a limit) and trash are covered with rent. The occupant is responsible for heat and electricity, lawn and snow removal.
