The suite features a large living room with a reading nook, a 58" Smart TV with Netflix, and a mini library with board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher with pods provided, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and essentials. A dining table for 4 is available, along with complimentary paper towels, coffee, tea, and a Brita water filter. Free street parking is available. A high chair and pack 'n play can be provided. Optional upgrades include a National Park Entry Upgrade, Welcome Basket, Birthday Decor Package, Romantic - Wine & Flower Package, Spa at Home Package, Movie Night Upgrade, Christmas Tree & Decor, Halloween Decor & Pumpkin Carving Package, Winter Cozy Package, Beer Tasting Kit, Diffuser & Aroma Set, Additional Bedding & Sleeping Arrangements, and a Grocery Pre-Stocking Service. A Pet Friendly Package is also available. Located just steps from the canal, this suite offers convenient access to local attractions. It's a 7-minute drive to Chestermere Lake for boating and fishing, 9 minutes to John Peake Park for scenic trails, and 8 minutes to the Chestermere Recreation Centre. Shopping is available a 12-minute drive away at East Hills Shopping Centre, and Anniversary Park with its sandy beach is an 8-minute drive. Elliston Park, home to GlobalFest, is 15 minutes away. For city excursions, downtown Calgary is a 25-minute drive, and the Calgary Zoo and TELUS Spark Science Centre are also 22 minutes away. Easy highway access is provided with a 5-minute drive to the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) and a 12-minute drive to Stoney Trail. Banff National Park is a 1.5-hour drive. This is a basement suite, and while efforts are made for a peaceful stay, some noise from potential upstairs tenants may be present. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, ID verification, and sign an agreement before check-in. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost to avoid excessive pickup fees. Guests are responsible for any additional third-party disposal charges. Parking guides must be followed to avoid fees, fines, or towing. Essential supplies are provided for the start of the stay, with additional replenishments available at an extra cost. False claims and reviews have a zero-tolerance policy. During winter, windows and doors must not be left open to prevent pipes from freezing, and guests will be held responsible for any resulting damage. Sidewalks are maintained once every 48 hours upon snowfall, and guests are encouraged to use provided shovels and salt if needed. Driveways are maintained, and guests may use provided shovels and salt if desired. Snow melting in the garage should be managed to prevent damage. Use of the mailbox is not included; a PO box can be set up for a fee. Items left behind must be collected within 14 days, or shipping can be arranged for a fee plus postage. Do not attempt to fix or troubleshoot plumbing, appliance, or electrical issues without instruction. The host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences. No temporary or permanent fixtures are allowed, and decorations should not be taped or pinned to walls or furnishings. Food or debris should not be put down sinks. Guests are responsible for locksmith costs if bathroom doors are locked from the outside. Tampering with safety devices/equipment will result in warnings and potential eviction. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. Events for work or meetings are permitted upon request. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed on the property, and a $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoke or the smell of smoke is detected. No shoes inside the home. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. A strict complaint policy is in effect, with one complaint resulting in a warning and a second complaint leading to eviction. Noise levels should be kept under 85db. For equipped units, a $200 fee will be charged for the Banff Pass and unit fob/key if not returned. Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and unauthorized late check-outs will incur fees. Alterations to reservations follow the same terms as the cancellation policy and are subject to host approval. For same-day reservations, check-in times are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
