This unique home features two distinct living spaces: the Main House with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and a Guest House with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 16+. The Main House boasts a king master suite with an en-suite bath, four additional bedrooms with a mix of queen, twin, and trundle beds, two full kitchens, two dining areas, two living rooms, a sunroom, a screened porch, a balcony, and a deck. The Guest House includes two queen bedrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room, and a full kitchen and dining area. Both units are equipped with laundry facilities. Entertainment is abundant with a game room featuring a pool table, foosball, and board games. Optional private suite with a king bed is available upon request. Horse lovers can inquire about the horse barn with two stalls, water, electricity, and trailer parking for an additional rental fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Extra cleaning service mid-stay and extra snow plowing service are also available. Centrally located in the heart of the White Mountains, this home is just 10-15 minutes from Franconia Notch, Bretton Woods, and The Cog Railway. Enjoy proximity to Mount Washington, Crawford Notch, and Lincoln, offering access to attractions like Whales Tale, Clark's Trading Post, and Santa's Village. The scenic Kancamangus Highway, Flume Gorge, and numerous hiking trails and ski resorts are also nearby. It's a 7-minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort and 13 minutes to Cannon Mountain. The quaint towns of Bethlehem and Littleton are within a 10-25 minute drive, offering amenities and shopping. For transportation, Concord Coach Lines has a stop 20 minutes away with direct bus access to Boston. Strict quiet hours begin at 10 PM, with zero tolerance for parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Violators may be removed by local authorities without refund. Smoking and open flames are prohibited inside the home. Skis, boards, and boots must be stored in the closets in the breezeway/garage entrance. Septic system requires that only toilet paper be flushed. Exterior doors and windows should remain closed to prevent bugs and conserve heat.
