This is a second floor apartment above Liz Hess Gallery. 2nd floor has open concept living room into newly renovated kitchen. Also full bathroom and new closeted laundry area, all on same floor. Carpeted stairs go up to 3rd floor dormer windowed small bedroom with closet. In addition there is a secondary room with closet that has half wall out to staircase. This space could be great for an office or some kind of extra TV room, or perhaps a trundle bed or futon. Also rear door on this floor goes out to a private small rooftop deck that looks out onto Water Street. Parking is not included but available at Water Street Garage less than on block away. Small Pets are ok but cost an extra $20 per month and additional $300 nonrefundable cleaning deposit. This is a non smoking building. That means no smoking inside or out.
