The nonrefundable pet screening fee is $30/pet, and must be renewed annually.

Renter's Insurance is required. If Tenant fails to provide proof of Renter's Insurance, they will be required to pay $15/month Liability to Landlord Insurance fee.
Lease Terms: 1 year lease. Shorter terms will be considered at a higher rent.

Viewings are only scheduled about 3-4 days in advance, so if a date does not show up as available, that may be why. A valid photo ID is required to set an appointment.
We require ALL prospective applicants to come in person and groups to come together for a single viewing. We do not offer Zoom or other online options for viewing. We need to meet each person in person. Please do not ask to apply unless you are able to come in person to view it. No exceptions. Applications are only accepted from those who have come in person to view the property. We will not process any applications from individuals who have not personally come to view the unit.
