A private pool is available with a pool heater for an additional fee of $25 per day. There is a $25 per car entrance fee for the stay to obtain the gate access cards, with a maximum of 4 cars per property. Two-car driveway space is available, and on-street parking is allowed. Located 15 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 minutes from I-Drive, and 35 minutes to Orlando Airport. The home is also one hour from Atlantic Ocean beaches and 1.5 hours to Gulf beaches. The Florida turnpike, I-4, and Rt. 192 are minutes away, with plenty of restaurants and family fun nearby. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. No pets are allowed, but service animals are permitted with proof. Public schools are spread throughout Gateway, making this a family-friendly community.
Shingle Creek is the most popular waterfront spot because of the Shingle Creek Regional Park and Trail. This beautiful, expansive trail runs along Shingle Creek and was designated as one of America’s Great Outdoors by former President Obama. Undeveloped land resides on the west side of Gateway, but the area is mostly known for its proximity to amusement parks including Walt Disney World Resort. Resorts may be widespread in the area, but so are rental opportunities.
