This home features a master suite with a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The back bedroom has a queen-size bed, and two other bedrooms each have two twin-size beds. All bedrooms have TVs. There are large family and living rooms, a large kitchen great for extended family, and a washer/dryer. Enjoy access to the tiki bar, gym, pool, jacuzzi, and game room. A private pool is available with a pool heater for an additional fee of $25 per day. There is a $25 per car entrance fee for the stay to obtain the gate access cards, with a maximum of 4 cars per property. Two-car driveway space is available, and on-street parking is allowed. Located 15 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 minutes from I-Drive, 35 minutes to Orlando Airport, 1 hour from Atlantic Ocean beaches, and 1.5 hours to Gulf beaches. The Florida turnpike, I-4, and Rt. 192 are minutes away, with plenty of restaurants and family fun nearby. This is a gated community with 24-hour security. Obtain gate access cards from the Clubhouse during operating hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm by showing your booking reservation to the security guard at the entrance. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. No pets are allowed, but service animals are permitted with proof. [SI]

The Kissimmee Gateway Airport is a large amenity in the area and a great convenience to Gateway’s residents. A community favorite is the Kissimmee Golf Club for its beautiful course and friendly staff. Grocery and convenience shopping options are available in town, as well as delicious chain dining. Public schools are spread throughout Gateway, making this a family-friendly community.
Shingle Creek is the most popular waterfront spot because of the Shingle Creek Regional Park and Trail. This beautiful, expansive trail runs along Shingle Creek and was designated as one of America’s Great Outdoors by former President Obama. Undeveloped land resides on the west side of Gateway, but the area is mostly known for its proximity to amusement parks including Walt Disney World Resort. Resorts may be widespread in the area, but so are rental opportunities.
