The apartments are managed by its owner--that is me, Matt Jones (Nah.......I am not that Matt Jones of KSR, Kentucky Sports Radio, fame). I have owned and managed apartments around UK campus for 15+ years. MVP residents have a direct line of communication with me via e-mail and personal cell phone.
