About This Home
Imagine getting home from work, pulling into your driveway, and opening the door on a gleaming hardwood floor. Maybe you'll cook dinner on the gas stove, or let your dog out to play in the shared back yard. Convenience and peace of mind are just some of what we offer: You will be minutes from SUNY, the State Office Campus, downtown Albany and area malls. Need a little extra elbow room? Head down to the concrete-floor basement which is all yours. This apartment is in the South Colonie School District, and is a seven minute walk from the West Albany Pocket Park. Need something fixed? No problem. We live two miles away, and if we can't fix it ourselves, we will quickly hire someone who can. We love this area and think you will too. We are looking for a great tenant with a good credit score, 3x rent in income, and first month's rent plus one month's rent security deposit: a total of $2,700 down. Is this you? Then we look forward to meeting you at one of our open houses. No appointment is necessary. We will have applications available at the open houses. Albany, New York combines historic architecture and contemporary living along the Hudson River. As the Capital District's center, the city balances government operations with welcoming neighborhoods. Current rental trends show moderate growth, with average rents ranging from $1,284 for studios to $1,914 for three-bedroom units, with an overall average of $1,506. The market has seen modest increases, with year-over-year changes varying from 1.8% to 3.5% across different unit sizes.
