About This Home
This cozy and well cared-for apartment is full of amenities that will make your life easier. Tucked in two blocks away from the busyness of Central Ave, it's still just minutes from malls, parks, and multiple grocery stores. It's six minutes from SUNY Albany and Corporate Woods and 11 minutes to either the state office campus or downtown Albany. The apartment comes with a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Best of all, you get an apartment sized washer and dryer in your own unit. We are pet friendly and you'll have access to a shared back yard. Need something fixed? No problem. We live two miles away, and if we can't fix it ourselves, we will quickly hire someone who can. *****Please note: the price reflects the size of the apartment: it's only 400 square feet, so if you need a lot of space or have large pets, it will not be the best fit for you or them. ***** We pay for regular trash removal and water. You have your own account through National Grid. Gas & Electric run between $80-170 a month. The unit has been updated with new windows and a fully insulated attic. You pay for whatever cable/internet service you choose. The neighborhood is wired for FIOS, and has several options you can choose from for high-speed internet. We do the yard work & mowing, while you do your own snow removal. We allow cats and small dogs with a $500 refundable pet deposit. We are looking for a great tenant with good credit, 3x the rent in income, and first month's rent plus one month's rent deposit: a total of $2,100 down. Is this you? Then we look forward to showing you the apartment at one of our open houses: Friday, October 10th from 6-7 p.m. or Saturday, October 11th from 10 a.m.-noon The apartment will be available by November 1st.

As one of the oldest state capitals in the country, Albany is rich in history. The city’s architecture is truly stunning, giving the community a timeless quality. The NY State Museum and the Albany Institute of History and Art are local landmarks, bringing locals the opportunity to soak in a collection of permanent and rotating exhibitions.
The nightlife in Albany is an eclectic mix sure to please any taste, from breweries to comedy clubs, primarily along Pearl Street and Lark Street. Sports fans always have something to keep them occupied, from ValleyCat baseball games at Bruno Stadium in the summer to Devils hockey matches in the winter.
Nearly 20,000 students attend classes at SUNY Albany, and their influence on the local culture can be felt in the Midtown Strip area, near the downtown campus.
