Available June 2024. This sweet summer cottage is located in the heart of downtown Newport. There is a thoughtful open concept on the first floor with hardwood floors, an updated and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a powder room, a wood burning fireplace in the living area, and sliders leading out to the fully fenced back yard. The downstairs is cooled with a ductless wall unit. Upstairs, the beautiful hardwood floors continue and there is central air in all three bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed with a small desk, the second bedroom has a queen size and twin bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All three bedrooms share one full bathroom. The backyard is a beautiful private oasis with an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and a table for dining al fresco. There are three off street parking spots so you can park car and enjoy everything downtown Newport has to offer all within a short walk!
