Current amazing tenants are moving away to be closer to family, so you'll be taking over their lease which was a June - May lease and then if it's a good fit, you'll be welcome to re-up for another year - it is a year-long long-term rental. This newly renovated, sunny, stylish two bedroom townhouse is a unique find in Portland. Nestled in absolutely the perfect location at the base of Munjoy Hill, the unit is steps from the best restaurants, the Eastern Prom, downtown and Casco Bay while also providing easy access on and off I-295. The two-floor townhome features it's own access on the street as well as from the parking lot, including an assigned very large parking spot. The back of the home also has a large private deck right off the kitchen, which is great for hanging out and dining and especially great if you like beach roses which grow along the deck. The downstairs of the townhome was renovated in Winter 2020 to be an open-concept kitchen/living situation with a chef-style kitchen featuring a gas range, pull-out pantry, and many other amenities that make cooking easier and more fun. During that renovation, heat pumps were also added to the townhome, one that services each floor - providing heating and cooling. The unit also has a full basement (not finished but comfortable to spend time in) complete with built-in shelving, a washer/dryer and plenty of space for storage or a home gym or crafting area. The basement is accessed directly from the entry/mudroom allowing for each access. The bedrooms upstairs are bright and spacious. On the back of the unit (south side), two bedrooms were converted into one. It is a huge space that can be utilized as a large bedroom with an office or living space included, or for whatever feels best. The second bedroom features two very large closets and ample space for a bed and storage. Rental is November 1 and arrangements for showing can be made. Unit comes unfurnished although current tenants may be open to selling some of the items that fit the space particularly well. Because I am invested in this home, I want to find the right tenants to care for and enjoy it. Tenant covers all utilities which average out over the year at about $250-$300 (at least the way I was living in it). Sorry - no pets or smoking allowed (not allowed on the property).
