Amenities included: amazing views of the resort, fire pit table, balcony, central heat, decks, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, large wet bar, updated bathroom, storage, washer dryer, hot tub, sauna, fenced in yard for dogs, and on free ski bus line. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. Is pet friendly. Date Available: Apr 1st 2024. $10,000/month rent. $5,000 security deposit required. The second month will be prorated to the end of Breckenridge ski season (date TBD). Tenant will also have the option of renting the home Dec-March and June-Sept sporadic dates at huge discount.
