Bikeable to Lewes, Rolling Meadows is a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a wonderful pool and a clubhouse that can be used for meetings. Lots of parking and all major (and newer) appliances + W/D. The house is partially furnished, including an outdoor pizza oven, piano, sleeper sofa and treadmill. Maintenance is done regularly to keep this house fresh and highly livable.
