A travel crib for babies aged 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, and should be booked in advance. Guests must provide their names, ID details, and a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose information does not match are not allowed into the building. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building, and any violation will result in a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. There is a no-party policy, and the reservation may be canceled without refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector.
