About This Property
(757) 235-3363 - Trying to re-rent my room here at Northgate Lakes, right next to UCF. Great place, but I just graduated and need to move out, preferably ASAP. So the room can be yours on short notice, however Northgate Lake's re-rent policy states, there has to be a 5 business day gap between the move-out and the move-in, so that'll have to be taken into account. The room is in a 4x4 apartment, so there are 3 other roommates, but each room has it's own bathroom. Images show what a room and bathroom look like, except they don't come with the decorations. The room itself comes with a bed, dresser, and desk in terms of furniture, and the living room area is furnished as well. Currently the price for a room is $695; however, I'm willing to pay $80 of the rent until when my lease actually ends because I really need to hand the place off. My lease ends July, 2017, so you'll only have to pay $615 for the room until then.
