About This Property

Property Id: 307025 Looking to rent one bedroom in in 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, penthouse condo in Malden starting April 1st. Rent is $1200 per month for one person, $1300 a month for a couple. You will have your own room and bathroom. Bedroom is 12'2" by 14'3". W/D in unit. Tandem off-street parking included. Kitchen appliances in excellent condition: gas stove & oven, large microwave, large refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher. There are 2 balconies and a big family room. There is a small garden next to the driveway. All utilities included. Located about 20 min walk or 10 min bus ride from Malden Center Station (Orange Line). No smoking in the unit. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible. I am the owner and this is my primary residence. I am a high school teacher. In my spare time, I practice capoeira, bike, read, cook, and [virtually] spend time with friends and family. I have a dog, Rafi. You must be dog friendly. If you have a dog, it must be dog and people-friendly.
