About This Property
One bedroom. One bathroom. First floor. Private entrance. Covered porch. Maximum occupancy of two people. No Smoking. Bright and colorful. Private and quiet. Close to Downtown Kennett, YMCA, Park, Longwood and Local Employment. Primary Heat and Hot Water paid by Owner from Halloween through to Memorial Day. (the floors are heated in Winter months) Tenant pays Air Conditioning, supplemental heat if they use it (Heat pump), Tenant pays Electric for in unit Laundry, Lights and oven, and Natural Gas (for stove) on their own meters. Two parking spaces are provides in rear of building but not for large vehicles. Dogs are permitted with "Lease Pet Addendum" with limitations on size, breed, limited to two maximum, additional security deposit and conditions of care, (they can't be just be locked up inside the apartment all day) No puppies. All occupants must agree to Lease Terms and sign the lease. People have been asking to tour this apartment prior to submitting an application. Many of these people don't have the income and or credit score to be accepted as tenants. It is a waste of Owner's time and an imposition upon the present Tenant to show the property to people who won't qualify to rent it. Therefore; All persons wanting to tour inside this apartment must make application through this website prior to Owner hosting a tour for them. You can see the pictures. It's not just another all white paint generic apartment. It has a colorful paint scheme with interesting decorative décor. Everyone who sees inside this apartment loves it and wants to rent it. Once you have made application, and I can see you have a credit score of 600 or more, and your monthly net income is three times the rent and you have no criminal convictions for fraud, theft or eviction, I'll be happy to show you inside the apartment. You can always do a drive-by for free. If you smoke cigarettes, don't waste your time, (or mine), you're not living here. If you intend to occupy this apartment with more than two persons, again, don't bother. No one will be overcrowding this apartment. This is a nice place for nice honest people. Kennett Square is a nice little town. Property Street address is; 138 N. Walnut Street, Kennett Square PA 19348. When visiting this apartment, park on Walnut Street. The driveway serves both properties, so please be considerate and don't block the driveway.
