This Fletcher location is just minutes to either Asheville or Hendersonville. The elegant living room has a cheerful gas stone fireplace set in a soaring 20 foot wall and is an ideal spot to unwind in front of the fire. Just past the living room is the eat-in kitchen with full size appliances including refrigerator, ceramic glass cook top stove with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. Open the back door to an intimate covered screened porch that looks out to the back lawn, fire pit and forest. Also on the main level is a washer & dryer and a half bath. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with walk-in closet and full bathroom including a jetted bath tub. Enjoy central heat & air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Lawn care & garbage collection is included. Take a walk on the paths through this quiet wooded neighborhood with Higgins Creek meandering through.
