This adorable beach cottage is on a large private lot less than a 1.25-mile walk/bicycle ride/drive to the beach. Casey's Fun n Sun Bungalow is here for you to relax and unwind. The large back yard has room to spread out in and enjoy the Southwest Florida sun. All utilities are paid for electricity, water, high speed internet/data, trash, and landscapers. Casey's Fun n Sun Bungalow is a 2 bedroom / 1 Bath that is sure to please the most discerning of tastes. The living room has plenty of room to relax with 4K TVs, and wireless internet for your enjoyment and entertainment. There are USB and USBC outlets provided to charge all your electric devices. The large new deck with a, (4-person hot tub) and outdoor shower is sure to please you while enjoying your morning cup or relaxing after a day at the beach. Looking for more to enjoy in the back yard? Set up the new Corn Hole Set of Manatees vs Sea Turtles in the large yard or just sit around the fire pit and roast marshmallows over roaring fire. Gas grill, chaise lounges, umbrellas, table with four chairs are all provided on the deck. Fully fenced in backyard, pet friendly property with a nonrefundable deposit for each dog, limit two, less than 35 pounds. Bungalow comes with quality linens, beach towels, beach chairs, two bicycles and so much more that you will never want to go home. A full kitchen, there is a stove, refrigerator, and small pantry with a coffee station and Keurig Coffee maker as well! This kitchen is stocked with everything you need pots, pans, and service for six, (dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and more) to enjoy a family meal. No need to worry about bringing your toiletries, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or a fresh bar of soap and body scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. The starter supplies consist of toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets, for a week, until you get your own. Nokomis beach, located on Casey Key, is a rare find; just a quick 5 min. car ride or 10-minute bike ride is beautiful and quiet, yet it has showers and bath house close to beach. This beach is great for walking, shelling on the 9-mile-long white sand beach or enjoying the 'bongos’ every Wednesday and Saturday evening at sunset. There are 2 waterfront seafood dining and drinks near the quaint draw bridge that overlooks the Inter-coastal Waterway. Convenient to groceries, pharmacy, shops, and post office. The quaint town of Venice and Venice Island is just 4 miles (5 minutes) south of us, with many restaurants and shopping. Siesta Key, in Sarasota, is a 15–20-minute drive and we are just a 45-minute drive from Sarasota-Bradenton airport and a 1hour 20 minutes from Tampa airport. Want to take a day trip to Disney World in Orlando? It is just a 2-hour drive. The clear aqua blue water of Nokomis Beach and Casey Key stretches out on a shelf into the Gulf of Mexico, inviting long, easy walks into the water before you stretch out for a swim. The extraordinary, bright white sand is completely quartz crystal. As such, it maintains a constant cool temperature and is the softest powder imaginable. Nokomis Beach is one of the most pristine and untouched beaches in the area, and fronts both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intra-coastal Waterway. Stroll the boardwalks for fabulous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Gopher tortoises (a threatened species) live in the adjacent beach dunes and sea turtles’ nest on the beach every summer. An active community drum circle takes place on the beach on weekend evenings. There is a canoe/kayak launch and plenty of paddling trails in nearby Dona and Roberts Bays. Popular fishing areas are along the bulkhead on the bay side, and there is a convenient bait shop nearby. Nokomis Beach is a public beach on Casey Key that is not as busy as the beaches to the north on Siesta Key, Lido Key or Longboat Key. There is public parking, picnic areas and restrooms. The gulf water is truly clear, and the sand is fine. If you look for sharks’ teeth on this beach, chances are that you will find some great finds. Need more time for home to go to closing? Are you having major renovation done or roof repair or fire, flood, or hurricane damage, come stay at this fully furnished home. The house is beautifully decorated with both modern contemporary and beach style furniture. The Living room has plenty of room to relax with wireless internet for your enjoyment and entertainment. The Master Bedroom has remodeled as well with a brand-new King Size mattress and new upholstered bed and linens. The second bedroom is a twin-size bed, and in the bonus room there is a couch that folds out to be a comfortable queen bed. There are two parking spots in front, off street parking. When you spend time inside the bungalow - especially great on rainy days - you will have full access to all-time favorite books, games, movies, and access to tons of sports and entertainment channels via Roku service and extra fast Wi-Fi for work/play on your computers/phones. There are USB and USBC plugs to charge your electronic devices. The home comes with quality linens, towels, bathrobes so much more that you will never want to go home. BEACH STUFF: We have everything, so you do not need to bring anything - beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and beach wagon. Please make sure to rinse all lotions/oils from their bodies prior to entering the hot tub. Yes, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer in its own separate outdoor building. The owner requires a background check, done online, a simple to use program, must be completed a week prior to checking in.
