Unit B, also upstairs in the duplex, offers a queen-sized bed and a pull-out couch in the living space, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with space to enjoy a meal, and a clean, updated bathroom. The charming, private back cottage features a queen-sized bed in a studio-style layout, its own bathroom, a cozy sitting area, and a front porch. A golf cart is available for an extra fee. Enjoy a prime location within walking distance to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, Flagler College, the Castillo de San Marcos, local coffee shops, and amazing restaurants. Experience St. Augustine like a local in a peaceful neighborhood while remaining close to the action. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed and may incur fees of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours, requiring advance approval. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. This property is not pet-friendly. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security.
