Repairs were never fixed correctly, it is always a bandaid over a bullet hole. Water damage and flooding is a constant. Gates and locks are an issue. Moving in is easy moving out makes up for that experience. They will charge you for everything that they didn't repair while you were there. Stay away from this one.

The worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They charged me their $350 admin fee even though there was no administrative work done on their part. I had to call infinite amount of times to hear back about the apartment and after 2 weeks of waiting I found elsewhere because of their complete lack of professionalism. I tried to get my $350 admin fee refunded and was told I would hear back but of course never received a call. I have called so many times but always get their voicemail. The manager Adrienne ensured that she would reach out to the regional manager about the admin fee but of course that never happened. Save yourself lots of stress and do not apply here. Management is a complete mess.
