About This Property

Welcome to our remodeled garden level apartment just a few minutes from Belmar shopping center, 20 mins from Red Rocks, 15 mins from downtown Denver, and a little over an hour to the slopes! This location offers you the benefits of a quiet neighborhood while still providing easy access to the city and mountains. It’s also close to many local favorite restaurants and shops. The space has a private entrance with one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and dining area. It sits at garden level and has several windows, so the space receives plenty of natural light when the blinds are open. Tenants will have about 700 usable square feet to enjoy. In the living and dining area there is a smart TV and table for 4. Guests will also have access to a shared washer and dryer, yard/patio area, and BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, dish ware, utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices. There is also a single brew coffee pot with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cider pods. The bathroom has a rain shower and is equipped with basic hygiene items and a hair dryer. The entire basement apartment is private and for tenants to utilize. The only shared space in the basement is the laundry room. You are also welcome to use the shared backyard/patio area and BBQ. You may see us out there occasionally letting our dog out or doing yard work but we want to make sure you feel welcome to use the space as well.
